Yuvraj Singh showed his respect to Cricket God Sachin Tendulkar by touching his feet at Visakhapatnam during the Sunrisers Hyderabad Vs Mumbai Indians match on Sunday. Yuvraj Singh joined the Sunrisers Hyderabad team after a long time as he wasn’t playing Indian Premier League due to Injury.  He made an impressive comeback by scoring 39 runs in 23 ball before getting out hit wicket. Sunrisers Hyderabad went on to beat Mumbai Indians by 85 runs.

As Mumbai Indians has shifted their home ground to Vishakhapatnam as IPL had to be moved out of Maharashtra due to drought, being the mentor of Mumbai Indian Team Sachin Tendulkar was present at the Vizag, Vishakhapatnam ground. As Sachin Tendulkar appeared on the big screen, the Visakhapatnam crowd went berserk and started chanting ‘Sachin, Sachin’. On seeing this Yuvraj, who was playing for the Sunrisers Hyderabad against Mumbai Indians at the latter’s new home ground in Visakhapatnam, went a step ahead to show his mark of respect by bending down and touching his idol’s feet after the match. Yuvraj though was stopped by Tendulkar before being embraced near the boundary line.

Yuvraj Singh has done this before as well. He had similarly touched Sachin Tendulkar’s feet in July 2014 after hitting a 132-ball 134 for Rest of the World against the Tendulkar-led Marylebone Cricket Club.
