Indian wicketkeeper batsman Parthiv Patel indulged in a friendly banter with Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh on social media site Twitter. Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh commented on an old picture of the Indian cricket team posted by Anil Kumble on Twitter. Anil Kumble posted an old picture of the Indian cricket team standing in front of the Huka falls in New Zealand in 2002. Harbhajan Singh, who once used to be Kumble’s spin-bowling partner for India, spotted the wicketkeeper in that picture and started the series of trolling.

Former Indian spin legend Anil Kumble on Thursday shared an old photograph of the Indian cricket team of the team at Huka falls during India’s tour of New Zealand back in 2002.

Apart from the big five; Sachin, Dravid, Laxman, Sehwag and Ganguly; the photo features erstwhile youngsters Yuvraj, Harbhajan and Parthiv. The former two engaged in some endearing banter which led to Parthiv being referred to as “chuzza” by Harbhajan Singh.

Yuvraj Singh soon joined in and trolled the wicket-keeper calling him ‘nyaana’ which referred to the childlike face of Parthiv Patel.

Parthiv Patel, who was on the receiving end of all the drama, quickly jumped in and made a comeback as he funnily targeted Yuvraj Singh as all the attention turned towards “chacha ji”, Yuvraj.

The photo clicked at the Huka Falls in Taupo, New Zealand also features other players like Virender Sehwag, Kaif, Dinesh Mongia, Ashish Nehra, Ajit Agarkar. India’s head coach for the Zimbabwe tour, Sanjay Bangar was also a part of the Indian squad at that point.

People on Twitter were quite busy with the trolling of Parthiv Patel by teammates Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh.
