Sachin Tendulkar the Cricket Legend has won the millions of hearts as a cricketer. And now he is winning hearts with the music. Great things happen when two legends come together at one place. This happened when Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar came on the stage with tabla maestro Ustad Zakir Hussain and shared some beats in a jugalbandi. Their jugalbandi was so good that the video which Sachin uploaded went viral on social media. The video has got a huge amount over 1.9 lakh views and about 2500 shares on Facebook. This video cannot be missed by anyone.

There was an event held on January 9, both the legends shared the stage at the event. Earlier Sachin posted a video which said, they would discuss the ‘journey of excellence’ at the gathering. Sachin said on Facebook,  “On Jan 9, catch Ustad Zakir Hussain and me, in a way like never before”. And he was true to his words.

Sachin Tendulkar was seen playing Slit Gong which is a percussion musical instrument and Zakir Hussain was playing the tabla. Both the legends formed a catchy beat, they grabbed the attention of all the audience and whoever watching it on social media. Sachin Tendulkar is a whole hearted fan of music and he loves to listen to the songs of  Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar, and Dire Straits. When Sachin was playing Cricket, the dressing room’s atmosphere used to be with Kishore Kumar’s songs. After he left the cricket the music of dressing room changed. Once MS Dhoni said about the change of dressing room with music, the music has changed from Kishore Kumar to Sean Paul.

Zakir Hussain is the music legend, as we all know. Sachin Tendulkar is the legend of Indian Cricket. Sachin posted on Facebook, “It’s true when they say music unites souls. Sharing the stage with the Ustad, and also sharing some beats that created a beautiful rhythm. It was an experience I will hold very close to my heart,”

Sachin Tendulkar shared the jugalbandi video on Twitter and said, Sharing the stage with the Ustad & sharing beats that created a rhythm so unique. It’s an experience I’ll hold close to my heart, always.
