The concept of this restaurant is that you have to eat in the dark, and they mean it because there is no light inside the restaurant. The idea was pioneered by a blind German clergyman, and his restaurant was called ‘Blindekuh’ which means blind man’s buffet in German. You place your order at the reception itself, and they serve you in darkness and you eat in darkness as well.
