Two Mexican Swimmers Performed On Akshay Kumar’s Song ‘Aila Re Aila’ At Rio Olympic 2016

Two Mexican swimmers Karem Achach and Nuria Diosdado performed balletic underwater moves for Bollywood song ‘Aila Re Aila’ from Akshay Kumar’s movie ‘Khatta Meetha’ for their finals in the synchronised swimming event at the Rio Olympics 2016. Achach and Diosdado qualified for the next round after scoring 170.6601 points.

Synchronised swimming can be described as culmination of swimming and dance, that is performed without touching the bottom of the pool even once. The duo ended up at the ninth place thanks to their performance and have also qualified themselves for the finals.
