Shah Rukh Khan said that he blessing and condolences are with the family of his fan who died at the Vadodara Railway Station because the people just crowded the railway station just to get the small glimpse of the actor’s wave. King Khan of Bollywood was traveling in August Kranti Express from Mumbai to Delhi, promoting his upcoming film Raees.
The actor reached the Delhi Station on Tuesday morning, and he said that he was sorrowful to learn of the tragedy. The deceased was a fan Farid Khan Sherani who had come with his daughter and wife who just wanted to see the glimpse of SRK. After the had started to leave the station, the crowd began to run towards the exit path which caused a lot of chaos and stampede at the railway station because of which a lot of people collapsed including Farid Khan Sherani. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, but the doctors declared him dead.

According to the reports, there was a journalist who was traveling in the same train with her mother. Fareed Khan Pathan who was relative of the journalist came to meet the duo, died because of cardiac arrest. The Raees team arranged for the transportation and mother and daughter with the uncle were rushed to the hospital.
The actor did not step down the train but just chose to wave his hand to the crowd standing for hours at the railway station.He urged them to watch his film Raees on a loud speaker. Cricketers Yusuf Pathan and Irrfan Pathan were also present at the train station to meet the King of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan. Despite the incident taken place at the Vadodara station, there were thousand of people standing for hours at Ratlam and Kota railway station. Many policemen were deployed to handle such a huge crowd.


While talking to him, he said that he wanted to cover many cities to promote his films, so he chose the rail route and also he had not traveled on the train for an extended period.
