Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha‘s movie ‘Namastey England’ has been put on hold again. This time it’s for financial reasons.Namastey England will be completely different from the first film Namastey London.

After the super success of Namastey London, film-maker Vipul Shah planned a second film titled Namastey England. While it was announced that this film will be completely different from the first film, Akshay Kumar was chosen to play the protagonist again.

Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha’s movie Namastey England has reportedly been postponed. It is now clear that financial difficulties has stalled the film and hence Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha have moved on to other films.

There were reports that Katrina or Kangana would be chosen as the lead heroine, however Sonakshi Sinha was brought on-board. The film was set to roll in April this year but it was pushed to August. However, as the date to start the film nears. The film is already in some financial trouble. Rumors also have it that there are chances of the film being delayed altogether. One of the reasons is said to be the busy schedules of actors. While Sonakshi Sinha has already started her next titled Noor and Akshay Kumar is busy with Rustom followed by ‘Jolly LLB 2′.

Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha have together featured in four films, “Rowdy Rathore,” “Holiday: A Soldier is Never Off Duty,” “Once Upon A Time in Mumbai Dobaara” and “Joker.” Namastey England was supposed to be shot in varied locations across Europe that includes England, Brussels, Switzerland and Paris along with Punjab in India. But as of now, owing to the lavish budget and hectic work commitments of the leads, Namastey England has now been put on hold.
