Ranveer singh is one of the most popular and energetic actor in bollywood industry. Ranveer Singh, who has been busy prepping for Aditya Chopra‘s next movie “Befikre“, says he is getting to know the reclusive filmmaker, a leader of one of Bollywood’s biggest film production banners — in a completely new way.
Befikre is not only professionally big for Ranveer Singh but also special personally as it has given him a chance to connect with his director Aditya Chopra on a deeper level. With the light-heart love story, Aditya is directing the 30-year-old Bajirao Mastani star for the first time. Earlier, he worked with the actor in the capacity of a producer for films like Band Baaja Baaraat and Ladies v Ricky Bahl.
Ranveer Singh Said :
“I am now getting to know him (Aditya) in a completely different capacity… Having worked with him for five years in a particular capacity there is an open channel of communication and there is a soul connect. I would say our relationship has become very substantial in the past few months as we have collaborated as actor-director and I have understood that why he is one of the biggest directors of Hindi cinema.”
When asked if he feels under pressure for Befikre given that it’s Aditya Chopra return to direction after a gap of seven years, Ranveer said:
“There is absolutely no pressure. It is a very light heart film and we are going to shoot for four months from start to finish in Paris. So we have to keep one thing in mind that we don’t have to get into pressure and have fun.”
Ranveer Singh said he has been learning dance and some body building for the movie, set for release on December 9 release. While both his Bajirao Mastani co-stars Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra are making their presence felt internationally, Ranveer currently wants to focus on conquering Bollywood. Ranveer Said:
“Right now I am really enjoying the work here that I am doing in Hindi films. I am in collaboration with some really exciting filmmakers. So, I am thoroughly enjoying the kind of work that is in the pipeline for me in the coming years”
