MS Dhoni Says, This Indian Cricket Team Will Rewrite History.

The ex-captain of Indian cricket team Mahendra Singh Dhoni said this current Indian cricket team will, “rewrite history or do something special in the future.” MS Dhoni was at the press conference in Pune ahead of the first ODI against England which will be played on 15 January. MS Dhoni wore India’s new jersey after he resigned from his captaincy he spoke first time publicly.
MS Dhoni said, “This team has the potential and then the experience to win in all the formats”.  “They are all young but they have played a lot of matches in different conditions, They’ve played under pressure, and different pitches. We have got pacers who can bowl in any conditions. Even if one is injured there is always someone capable of replacing him.”

The ex-Indian captain MS Dhoni said that this Indian Cricket team is one that finds success in all formats of the game.


MS Dhoni even said that he felt this was the right time for Virat Kohli to become a captain of Indian Cricket team. First, he wanted Virat Kohli to “ease into the role as captain” and now he feels that Virat is the man who can guide Indian Cricket team in all the tournaments which are starting with ICC champions Trophy in June 2017.
Earlier Virat Kohli said on the field still he will be going to MS Dhoni for advice. Earlier there was a team practice which was held in Pune, Dhoni and Virat were playing one role and coach was Anil Kumble. In 2014, Virat Kohli was the captain of Indian Test and now on Sunday for the first time, Virat Kohli will lead the Indian team in limited series format.
As we all know that last week Dhoni has stepped down from India’s captain. When he interacted with media he made some revelations and said he made up his mind to give up the captaincy before as he does not believe in split captaincy. Dhoni even talked about his close relationship with Virat and said the new captain will rewrite new records with his cricket team. MS Dhoni who is 35-year-old said that he will keep sharing his thoughts with Virat to help the new captain decide the best for the team. MS Dhoni said he is not thinking to grow his hair long.
