Kal Ho Na Ho directed by Karan Johar is all time favorite movie for all. Karan decided to make this movie with Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Karan asked Kareena about the film at the release of her movie Mujhse Dosti Karoge. But Kareena demanded quite high fees for the film’s lead role. So, Karan then roped in Preity Zinta.
2. Sonakshi Sinha
The producer Sajid Nadiadwala decided to take a pair of Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha for the movie Housefull 3. But Sonakshi demanded too high pay for the film. At that time she was enjoying the success of her hit films Son of Sardaar and Dabangg 2. Later the role was offered to Deepika Padukone, but ultimately Jacqueline Fernandez did the role.
3. Sri Devi
Working in the movie like ‘Baahubali’ must be the dream of every actor. Well, gorgeous Sri Devi was offered the role of Mahishmati queen Sivagami. S. S. Rajamouli approached her with this big offer, but Sri Devi demanded a high amount of Rs. 6 crores. Because of this, the film was later offered to Ramya Krishnan.
4. Madhuri Dixit
The beauty and talent of the actress Madhuri Dixit are beyond a limit. She was a sensation in the 90s. As per the reports, she left many blockbusters just because of her high fees.
5. Shah Rukh Khan
There were reports that filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali decided to make Padmavati with SRK. With Sanjay’s offer, he approached Shah Rukh. But SRK demanded his offer of 90 Crores which was too high for Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Later he roped in Shahid and Ranveer Singh as a male lead and Deepika as a female lead.
6. Nawazuddin Siddiqui
Nawazuddin Siddiqui was offered the role in Jolly LLB 2. But he demanded a whopping amount of 3.5 crores which was the total budget of the movie.
7. R. Madhavan
R. Madhavan is not just a Bollywood actor but also a south Indian actor. Madhavan was offered the role in Fanny Khan but he demanded the amount of Rs. 1.5 crores. Later the role was given to Anil Kapoor opposite to Aishwarya Rai.
