“We are very confident, In this format everybody knows, from game one more or less, every game is a knockout game. Only two teams will quality, there is a possibility out of four games you win three still you won’t qualify, the format is such. So until the time you lift the trophy, every game is a knockout game, there is not too much room for error.”

“The mood is good. The kind of cricket we have been playing the last two or three months, we have seen how many T20s we have played, so hopefully the kind of firepower we have, if we deliver we will definitely win the game.”

The bowling, led by R Ashwin, looks in good shape, with Ashish Nehra, Jasprit Bumrah, and Ravindra Jadeja giving support. Nehra has been effective in the Power-plays, while Bumrah has hit the block hole regularly in the slog overs in addition to bowling well with the new ball.
