In an interview with DNA, Hrithik Roshan said, “I wasn’t expecting any cuts, to be honest. But I am glad nevertheless. As for the kisses being left intact, I guess they came across as they were meant to, as manifestations of pure love. Vulgarity is always in the intention and expression. And we never went that way.”

Earlier the Censor Board, under Chairman Pahlaj Nihalani, had raised objections to kissing scenes in films like ‘Spectre’, ‘Tamasha’ and ‘Do Lafzon Ki Kahani’.

Mohenjo Daro is a period drama directed by Ashutosh Gowariker and also stars Kabir Bedi, Arunoday Singh among others. Mohenjo Daro has been passed with a UA certificate and is all set to entertain the audience on August 12.
