Aamir Khan has stunned everyone with his latest movie ‘Dangal’ and not only this Aamir has also stunned everyone by losing as much as 13 kilos in just three weeks. Aamir weighed 95 kilos when he left for the US. When he returned from the States after spending just three weeks, he weighed only 82. Now, the secret behind his weight loss rule is out. During a recent media interaction, when Aamir was asked the reason behind this, he attributed it to his six-hour workout practice, strict diet, and proper sleep schedule.
In this film, which happens to be a biopic on wrestler Mahavir Phogat, Aamir plays the title role and will be seen as a wrestler and a father of two lady wrestlers Geeta and Babita Kumari Phogat.
The pictures that are going viral also detail the actor’s training plans and show how Khan switches from cycling to weight training exercises, while also pursuing swimming and taking long walks for his movie Dangal, which have already become first movie ever to collect Rs 100 Crore on second day of box office in Bollywood.
Aamir Khan Said:
“I have been concentrating entirely on the weight loss. Have given six months before I start shooting for the final schedule of ‘Dangal’. In the US I have been training for almost six to seven hours daily. Running, biking, all that I can do”. Aamir also said, “I am only halfway there. I need to lose 12 kilos more before I get into the Ghajini shape.”
