We generally use the word stress when we have too many things on our head and shoulders and we are not able to cope up with it and get too frustrated with it and want to do something which we can harm ourselves or someone close to us. Stress which keep you going, those stress are good stress. And when the stresses undermine both our mental and physical health they are bad stress. Many say that without stress out life would be pointless and boring,
1. Listen to music
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by a stressful situation, try taking a break and listening to relaxing music. Playing calm music has a positive effect on the brain and body.
2. Call a Friend
When you’re feeling stressed, take a break to call a friend and talk about your problems. Good relationships with friends and loved ones are important to any healthy lifestyle, and they’re especially important when you’re under a lot of stress.
3. Talk To Yourself
Sometimes calling a friend is not an option, talking calmly to yourself can be the next best thing. Don’t worry about seeming crazy just tell yourself why you’re stressed out, what you have to do to complete the task, and most importantly, that everything will be okay.

Laugh out your whole heart and soul out and let people think that you are the craziest person on this planet. Laughter will improve your mood and decrease levels of the stress.
5. Dance like a weirdo
Shake your legs with friends in the weirdest manner you can to burst your stress out and be the way you are.
Shopping! Shopping! Shopping is the best and the craziest way to relieve stress. Just go out and pick up the stuff you like and be the happiest person.
7. Eat healthy
Stress levels and a proper diet are closely related. When we’re overwhelmed, we often forget to eat well and resort to using sugary, fatty snack foods as a pick up. Try to avoid sugary snacks and plan ahead. Fruits and vegetables are always good.
8. Sleep Better
Everyone knows stress can cause you to lose sleep. Unfortunately, lack of sleep is also a key cause of stress. For better sleep turn the TV off early, dim the lights, and give yourself time to relax before going to bed. It may be the most effective stress buster on our list.
