It’s big and shocking news for Delhiites as the stationary Delhi metro train AC panel caught fire. The incident took place at the Patel Nagar Metro station in Delhi on Thursday, 8th December. The train immediately evacuated and even all the passengers on that coach were shifted safely from that coach.
The reason for the fire is yet to be figured out by the authorities. The incident took place at 4 pm today, and heavy smoke from train’s upper chambers was coming out which was running on the blue line of the metro track. All the passengers are safe, and nobody is injured.
The Delhi Metro was running from Vaishali to Dwarka. All the metro trains on the blue line have been halted. This incident has been an eye opener for the metro commuters on Metro, as it has largely been immune to the accident.
