BSF Jawan's Wife moves HC, Says Tej Bahadur Yadav Is Missing

A BSF Jawan Tej Bahadur Yadav who posted a video complaining about the poor quality of food which is served to all the soldiers. On Thursday his wife filed a habeas corpus plea in the Delhi High Court saying that her husband Tej Bahadur is untraceable and we are not able to contact with him from last three days.
Tej Bahadur’s wife Sharmila said in a habeas corpus that she is worried about his husband as she is unable to contact him from last three days. Sharmila lives with her son in Haryana’s Rewari, earlier this month she said that Tej Bahadur had been detained by the BSF.
On January 9, BSF Jawan Tej Bahadur posted a video on Facebook in which he shows a meal of watery soup-like dal; he said only salt and turmeric and a burnt chapati is served. He said this is what we are served here at mealtime and some of the jawans often go to bed with an empty stomach.

The video immediately gone viral on Internet, the Prime Minister’s Office had sought a detailed factual report on it from the Union Home Ministry and the Border Security Force (BSF).
In Delhi High Court a PIL was filed by the government to keep higher officer to supervise cooking for proper healthy food.
After the PIL is filed, Tej Bahadur’s wife Sharmila and his family are telling that Tej is missing and are unable to reach him. She has requested to the high-level inquiry for his disappearance as well as the rejection of his plea for voluntary retirement.
Yadav’s brother-in-law Vijay said, Tej Bahadur told his wife on 7th February that “they are taking him to an unknown location.”
After that, she is unable to talk to him as he is not answering her phone calls on his personal phone.
Vijay Said, “Nobody tells anything,” even the official phone from where Tej Bahadur used to call, even that person don’t know where is he. The family has said BSF in written, but the parliamentary force has not replied. Sharmila said she got a call from Yadav on 31st January he informed her that his voluntary retirement had been canceled and he was kept under detention.
In the recorded audio clip of Yadav and his wife, they heard Yadav telling her that his life was in danger and was torturing him. In the clip, Yadav said,“I know too many wrongdoings of these officers. That’s why they are doing this to me. Please do something and take my message to the public. Jai Hind,”
