Virat Kohli sublime performance on Sunday helped Team India storm into the semifinals of the World T20 cricket tournament with a sensational six-wicket victory over Australia. Kohli scored 82 from just 51 runs and shared a brilliant 67-run partnership with Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni which proved to be the match-winner against the Australia.
While everyone was congratulating and celebrating India’s win and passage into the semi-finals, Amitabh Bachchan was doing the same and more. He posted a humorous response to former England player Andrew Flintoff. Here’s what happened when the Indian actor ‘virtually’ locked horns with the English cricketer.
Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan has hit out at former England all-rounder Andrew Flintoff on Twitter. Flintoff after India’s win over Australia in Match No.31 had send out a tweet in which rated India’s man of the match Virat Kohli below England’s leading run scorer in the tournament Joe Root.
