For every beautiful girl, it’s a dream to become Miss India or Miss World, but everything depends on Luck. For now, it is a proud moment for India as after 17 Long Years India has got the title of Miss World 2017. A 20-year-old Manushi Chhillar has won the title of Miss World. Manushi is a beauty with brains and no one can stop her from taking the crown.

On 18th November in a tremendous ceremony which was held at Sanya City Arena, Manushi Chhillar won the title of Miss World. Finally, she ended 17 Year old of India and became Miss World after Priyanka Chopra. Manushi Chhillar beats 108 contestants from the whole world. Last in 2000, Priyanka Chopra a Bollywood Diva was crowned with a title of Miss World.

Manushi was presented the crown by Stephanie Del Valle, Miss World of 2016 from Puerto Rico. Chhillar is from Haryana and in this year on 25th June, she also won the Femina Miss India 2017. The top five places were grabbed by India, England, France, Kenya, and Mexico. The First runner-up was England’s Stephanie Hill and the second runner-up was Miss Mexico Andrea Mexa.

Chhillar thanked everyone on her official Twitter handle.

In the Q&A round, Manushi was asked: “according to her which profession deserves the highest salary?” And her reply to this question won the hearts of everyone. Check out what she replied, “I think a mother deserves the highest respect and when you talk about salary it’s not always about cash but I feel it’s the love and respect that you give to someone. My mother has always been the biggest inspiration in my life. All mothers sacrifice so much for their kids. So, I think it is the job of a mother that deserves the highest salary.”

Manushi Chhillar is the Sixth Indian who won Miss India Title. The First Title was won by Reita Faria in 1966. Then our Bollywood Star Aishwarya Rain bagged in 1994.  It was followed by Diana Haydon in 1997. In 1999 Yukta Mookhey won and the last one was in 2000 which was won by our Desi Girl Priyanka Chopra.

Our 2017 Miss World has studied at St. Thomas School in New Delhi and Bhagat Phool Singh Government Medical College from Women in Sonepat. At the great event, her entire family was present. After she came on top five positions, her family looked super excited.
